Thanksgiving at the Dean’s House

Going home for the holidays is great, but sometimes you just can’t (especially when you are living on a college student’s budget!).This Thanksgiving break I decided to stay on campus in order to save a little money for my winter break vacation (a post on that coming to you soon!).Luckily, I didn’t have to spend Thanksgiving Day in my room because Dean Scott Moore invited anyone on campus to his house for dinner.

Having grown up in a Mexican household, I had never experienced an “American” Thanksgiving dinner.This was my first time having turkey, sweet potatoes, cranberry-apple crumble, rolls, oh, and let’s not forget the football.I am so glad we have such loving and caring members at Babson that would open their homes to students left on campus.We were few, but we stuck together.This was a great last Thanksgiving break at Babson.Thank you, Dean Moore!
